This research blog was initiated by Livia Holden (LUMS), when she was leading a team focusing on women property in Muslim contexts within ANDROMAQUE, project funded by CNRS and ANR between January 2011 and September 2012. The team included Flavia Agnes (MAJLIS), Sylvia Vatuk (University of Illinois) and Tommaso Sbriccoli (SOAS). Jean-Philippe Dequen was an external contributor. Between 2013 and 2018 this blog has been dormant. It is now revived and updated by Livia Holden (Centre for Socio-Legal Studies – University of Oxford) and Marius Holden (Insights Production).
